Just a few of the things I bought for the "baby" this weekend. Yeah, I know I said I was cutting down on my purchases, but I changed my mind. It is a Woman's prerogative after all!
I bought 3 "boy" themed blankies on Saturday also.
I couldn't resist the HUG ME Blanket with built-in Squeaker and Satin/Silky Lining.:) And how can you ever go wrong with "I LOVE MOMMY" Embroidered Bibs? Wanna think I am really insane? I counted all my Bibs I have purchased over the last 3 years I been working towards Single Motherhood.....take a Guess. WRONG.....108. Yes, I need to be committed. I have almost every theme possible I think. I need a kid Quick.
P.S. At the Bottom you will see Pics of my newest purchases for my Nursery Theme. Can you guess what I am doing? Yes, the Winnie the Pooh Theme. I know about a million folks a day choose this theme but I plan to do it originally, my way. I was going with a POTTERY BARN theme....but at the last minute I changed my mind. Have I ever mentioned I ADORE the POTTERY BARN. If you have never heard of the Pottery Barn (Is this even possible? LOL), Check it out HERE. I have always loved Pooh so I said...."What the Heck...go cheesy." I found a lovely & vibrant Pooh RUG and a Vibrant Border. So Far, So Good. Well...TTFN!! (Ta-Ta For Now!)

Candace, you crack me up :) LOL. I love to make "PURCHASES" TOO...... And I already have a Pink silk and velvet pottery barn crib set that I bought a few years back. i sure hope I'll get to use it! I simply adore Pottery barn and wish i were rich.....I'd buy everything in that damn catalog. Ive never been a fan of POOH, but it looks very cute in a kiddos room:)
Not that you need my ok, or permisssion...but...Retail Therapy IS allowed!!!!! (I do it too!) I am also doing Winnie the Pooh!
Cuteness abound! Have fun with the shoppy.
I LOVE Pottery Barn, I just can't afford it. They have such awesome stuff though. I like the pooh stuff. I thought about doing a Classic Pooh theme but don't really know now what I will do. I still buy pooh stuff on a regular basis though. I also am pretty big on retail therapy.
Everything is so cute!
I saw on the NW train board that you may "Go for it" If Dr thinks it's silly to wait. That is what happened to me. I "went" for it 4 months earlier b/c Dr. said I was healthy except for a 'few' extra pounds. Good luck at that appt.
Hey! I posted some commentary on your bib-fetish yesterday, but blogger must have ate it... CUTE stuff, and I love LOVE Pooh. You definitely need to get this baby-making into high gear! I'm very proud of you for dropping 13lbs!! :)
Oh my gosh....108 bibs! That's unfathomable! I asked my DP to guess how many bibs Candace has bought in the past three years in preparation for baby and she said "10?" Needless to say we played Price is Right (20? higher, 30? higher)up to 70 then I finally had to yell out 108!!!!! Girl, You'll never have to wash a bib. Just pull a new one out each meal. HAHA!!
Hey you! LOVE all the stuff!! SO super duper cute!! I bought an outfit for the "baby" on Sunday.. It is a cute onsie with a baby chick on it that says I love mommy :-)
Here is my email twathy2002@yahoo.com

I think you might actually use 108 bibs. I'm always looking for a clean one that matches the outfit, and I never seem to find anything...hee!
