I'm Baaackkk!

Can you guess what I have been up to? Here are a few pics of my adventures these last days I have been MIA. SHAMU anyone?

I wanted to THANK EVERYONE for your sweet and thoughtful comments. They truly mean the world to me! I wish we all lived close & we could have a HUGE BBQ together..LOL! Now, How am I? I am doing well. I feel better & I am shocked that my cycle is apparently right back to normal...after the first nightmarish days during the Miscarriage. The Hospital Stay sucked..the Nurses & Dr's were FAB-U-LOUS but I just can NOT stand the Hospital. I got out of there as fast as possible....my Dr. was pushing for 2 more days on the floor...needless to say..HECK NO! I needed OUT! I heal better at home with my peeps anyway.

News...I am charting this cycle, temps & all. I have a feeling even though my cycles have been NORMAL for eons..that my Luteal Phase maybe shorter & I want to check my Progesterone....temping is the BEST natural first step. I am taking b-6 at a HIGH dose so we will see how that affects anything. So far though..my cycle is great with no abnormalities. (I promise to update my Cycle TICKERS soon). I am VERY patient & I realize this is the time I need to take my time. In fact my Specialist was showing me studies in the Medical Journals that have evidence that women who RUSH or have high anxiety after a Miscarriage have a longer wait for cycles to return to normal & a longer time to achieve another BFP. I know that anxiety for anything is hard on our bodies. Yes, I am a teacher nerd but remember I am also a licensed Counselor..soooooo.....I REALLY agree that ANXIETY robs joy. I am taking each day in stride & I am doing very well. I look forward to the BFP that sticks.

Next time I will share news on my upcoming trip....here is a hint....This city has a FRUIT as its symbol??? Any Guesses?

LOve to all my Blog Buddies and BEST of Luck to all my TWW'ers right now..I am SUPER Pumped for you!

Great to see you back! I have been thinking about you and sending you healing thoughts!

Is it the Big Apple (aka New York). I suck at Geography so I may be WAY off but that is my guess!

Big Apple or the Peach State?! Haha- NY sounds much more fun than GA. I know, I'm in GA. Glad you are back!

I'm glad you're back and feeling better. I'm sorry you lost your baby. Now that you've had a taste of the hospital, doesn't homebirth look good?

Best wishes for you as you prepare to conceive again.
